Administration Manager

Spring Professional is partnering with a leading Retail Property & Real Estate Group to find an experienced Administration Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate entry, maintenance, and reporting of income and expenditure across a portfolio of small shopping centres. This role will also oversee the collection, collation, and reporting of sales figures and debt management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-level administrative duties across a portfolio of shopping centres
- Income and expenditure administration
- Directly responsible for debt collection and reducing arrears in accordance with company requirements
- Shopping centre sales reporting
- Centre projects relevant to the role
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an Administration Management/Finance Administration role
- Retail Property experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attitude and commitment to working as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
