Administration Manager

Spring Professional is partnering with a leading Retail Property & Real Estate Group to fill an exciting opportunity as Administration Manager.
The Administration Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accurate entry, maintenance, and reporting of income and expenditure across a portfolio of small shopping centres. This role will also oversee the collection, collation, and reporting of sales figures and debt management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-level administrative duties across a portfolio of shopping centres
- Income and expenditure administration
- Directly responsible for debt collection and reducing arrears in accordance with company requirements
- Shopping centre sales reporting
- Centre projects relevant to the role
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an Administration Management/Finance Administration role
- Retail Property experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attitude and commitment to working as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
