Occupational Health and Noise Training Specialist

NVMS is a leading provider of occupational health and environmental noise training.

The Role:

As a knowledgeable and engaging specialist, you will deliver high-quality training on noise awareness, measurement, and control strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to enhance the knowledge of learners.
  • Develop course materials and assessments aligned with industry standards to ensure excellence in learning outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and technological advancements to maintain expertise in occupational health and noise management.
  • Provide practical demonstrations of noise measurement equipment to reinforce theoretical concepts.
  • Support learners with queries and feedback to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to provide flexible support services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in noise assessment, acoustics, or occupational health or associated industries to bring relevant skills to the role.
  • Experience in training or adult education is highly desirable to leverage existing expertise.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for delivering effective training sessions.
  • Relevant qualifications in Acoustics, Occupational Hygiene, or similar fields are necessary to underpin professional practice.
  • Familiarity with Australian noise regulations and standards is critical for ensuring compliance and expertise in this area.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel to customer sites.
