Job Opportunity

As a Field Service Engineer specializing in control systems, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional installation and maintenance support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, modifications, adjustments, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting on software control systems and equipment supporting gas turbines and compressors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
  • Interact effectively with customers, engineering teams, and management to ensure site operations and maintenance activities align with technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to provide expert guidance and solve complex technical problems.
  • Provide professional and timely reports to customers and management regarding field services activities and equipment status.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate relevant training, qualifications, and experience in control panel maintenance.
  • Exhibit successful experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding of industrial gas turbines, auxiliary systems, and/or compressors.
  • Highlight significant experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, start-up, and commissioning of pumps and auxiliary packages.
  • Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, capable of leading customers through challenging decisions.
  • Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, as well as potential risks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of technical concepts to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to travel to client locations, demonstrating flexibility to meet customer demands and being available at short notice.
  • Proactive self-starter with initiative to lead and solve problems using technical and analytical skills.
