Automotive Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Automotive Mechanic.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and inspecting new vehicles before they head off to our dealerships.

  • Inspect and test vehicles to ensure they meet high standards of quality
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Vehicle Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test vehicles to ensure they meet high standards of quality.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Mechanical Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles.
  • Quality and Efficiency: Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience as a mechanic or in vehicle preparation roles
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Complete and up-to-date toolset
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Solid communication and time management skills
