Automotive Customer Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the timely servicing of vehicles.
- Meet and exceed CSI targets set by manufacturers
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, numeracy, and customer service skills, as well as sound automotive technical knowledge.
- Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department is essential
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills are mandatory
- Sound automotive technical knowledge is required
- Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS is preferred but not necessary
- Reliability, punctuality, and a current driver's license are also essential
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the workshop and parts departments to ensure seamless communication and high-quality service delivery.
