Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care.

Your primary focus will be on providing personalized support to customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for repair, and assist with mobility needs
  • Proactively review, monitor, and communicate with customers to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Uncover customers' insurance needs and offer suitable options
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for the automotive industry. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
