About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team at Infracon Australia Pty Ltd. As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in the success of our commercial building projects, working closely with our clients and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the contract administration process for high-value commercial building projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  3. Manage and coordinate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and claims, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  5. Provide expert advice and guidance on contract administration, dispute resolution, and project management to project teams and clients.
Requirements
  1. Recent experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or Lead Contract Administrator on commercial building projects, preferably with a Tier 2 commercial building contractor.
  2. Strong knowledge of contract administration, project management, and dispute resolution principles and practices.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or law.
  5. Proven track record of delivering high-value projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
