Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue drawings, scope of works, and specifications for contract works
  • Prepare comparison sheets of multiple quotes and trade letting recommendations
  • Prepare budget forecasts and cash flow reports
  • Assist the Project Manager with matters relating to project costs reports
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education/qualification
  • Strong track record in a similar role working within residential or commercial construction projects
  • Experience working on commercial residential projects with $10M – $40M
  • Team player who is an all-rounder and can get the job done
