Job Description

As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for leading our confidence journey by motivating your team to excel in their roles and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations, manage staffing needs for optimal coverage, and deliver our customer value proposition to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
  • Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
  • Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
  • Focus on excellent customer service and results.
