Job Summary:

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the delivery of multiple client-side projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing financials, programming, documentation, contract management and risk management.

  • Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, authorities, consultants and engineers to drive project success.
  • Manage head contractors and their teams, overseeing the delivery of works and meeting project expectations.
  • Monitor and report project progress against goals, objectives and approved timelines.

For this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience working on commercial construction projects, preferably with a mix of commercial and civil infrastructure works.
  • Possess an engineering or construction management degree or relevant trade background.
  • Demonstrated capacity working in end-to-end project management roles.
