Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of the project including financials, programming, documentation, contract management and risk management.

Liaising with authorities, consultants, engineers and community in consultation on the project, managing head contractors for their delivery of works, meeting all project expectations including WHS requirements, tracking and reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines and ensuring the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills & experience:

  • Demonstrated capacity working on Commercial Construction projects, ideally a mix between Commercial and Civil Infrastructure works
  • Possess Engineering or Construction Management degree or relevant trade background
  • Demonstrated capacity working in an end-end Project management role
  • Supportive and growing team, allowing you to expand your career
  • Flexible working hours and arrangements
  • Work within a friendly and cooperative environment
