Project Officer APS4 Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Officer to join our organization on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support participant interviews and observe qualitative data to understand pain points with the current claims and payments process.
  • Conduct research work and analysis of participant feedback through the capture of qualitative data.
  • Assist in drafting participant consultation documentation for review by senior staff members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Disability, Health or Aged Care sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working in Project Support, Project Coordination or as a Project Administrator is essential.
  • Must be able to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong time management capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is required.
