We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to an individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the individual with their personal care needs, including showers, dressing, grooming, and toileting. They will also assist with community access, food preparation, and transport.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Be under the age of 35
  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a disability support worker
  • Ability to work with a teenager with a disability

In addition, you will be required to undergo various checks, including NDIS screening check, Police check, Working with children check, and Public liability and public indemnity insurance.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $50.00
  • A regular schedule of 64 hours per week
