Lead a Dedicated Team in Parts Coordination

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Parts Supervisor to join our Launceston branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you lead a dedicated team in coordinating the supply of quality parts to our valued customer base while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure high-level service delivery.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities within your area or across the business.
  • E nsure the effective operation and compliance of the Parts Department with company policy, procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a safety-first culture within the department by ensuring HCA employees and contractors comply with all WHS responsibilities.
To Be Successful
  • You will need proven leadership skills in a similar environment where you have developed and mentored staff.
  • Prior experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, construction/mining, or agricultural industries is essential.
  • You must possess excellent business acumen, exceptional internal and external customer service skills, and a demonstrated safety focus.
