**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to manage the storage and distribution of bus and truck parts at our Launceston depot.
Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, dispatching, and tracking stock items for depots, as well as maintaining accurate records and analyzing trends for efficient stock levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage receipt and dispatch of new and/or repairable stock items for depots
- Conduct regular stock-takes and cyclic counts to maintain optimal stock levels based on depot trends
- Liaise with suppliers on stock issues
- Maintain an overview of stock levels and analyze trends for efficiency
- Identify obsolete and surplus stock and assist in removal or sale
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics (preferred)
- Strong computer literacy and administration skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum full Car licence (Medium Rigid licence or higher preferred)
