Job Description: Landscape Management Lead

This is a dynamic role that involves leading and coordinating a small team in day-to-day garden and landscape work. Key responsibilities include delegating tasks, organizing equipment, working collaboratively with the greenkeeping team, and planning for new and established gardens.

  • Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and seasonal goals
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Assist in landscape design and management
  • Supervise staff to ensure high-quality work
  • Participate in hands-on landscaping and grounds work
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Practical experience working in a garden environment
  • Ability to provide clear instructions, offer feedback, and handle issues effectively
  • A genuine interest and knowledge of plant species and gardening techniques
