Job Description

The successful candidate will lead and manage store operations and teams throughout the nominated area(s) to maximize revenue, profitability, and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to retail and clinical teams.
  • Implement and manage Bay Audio policies and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Enhance communication between NSO, store, and clinical teams.
  • Drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Lead, manage, and coach clinical teams and store managers.
  • Ensure people management processes are in place and effectively utilized.
  • Manage the Clinical schedule for maximum productivity.

Team Management

  • Recruit and select the right team members through effective interview processes.
  • Ensure correct onboarding, training, and follow-up for new team members.
  • Develop and evolve the area people plan.
  • Forecast recruitment needs and work with the NSO Recruitment partner.

Requirements

  • Minimum years of experience in a senior store management role or multi-site equivalent.
  • Extensive retail and sales management experience.
  • Practical experience in people leadership and management.
  • Strong ability to motivate and lead large teams.
