Registered Nurse Opportunity in Community Care
">We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Bundaberg Hospital. In this role, you will work with patients facing mental health challenges in the Community Care Unit.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health care and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will provide clinical and patient-centred care within the Community Care Unit and support education, management, and portfolio functions.
">You will also utilise data and information to ensure the service is organised for safety and participate in the capture of information that measures the standard of service delivery.

">- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical and patient-centred care within the Community Care Unit.">
- SUPPORTING EDUCATION, MANAGEMENT AND PORTFOLIO FUNCTIONS AS PART OF A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM WORKING WITH ALLIED HEALTH AND PEER WORKFORCE.">
- Utilising data and information to ensure the service is organised for safety.">
- Participating in the capture of information that measures the standard of service delivery.">">
