
Perinatal Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team. This role requires advanced knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and the ability to provide leadership, advice, and advocacy to a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consultation-liaison services for perinatal mental health consumers within a hospital setting.
- Facilitate and provide quality and cost-effective nursing and/or midwifery services consistent with contemporary standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience in Perinatal Mental Health.
Requirements:
- Mandatory possession of a nursing qualification from a registered tertiary institution or completion of an approved hospital training program as a Registered Nurse.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current annual practicing certificate is essential.
- Possession of context-specific postgraduate qualification in nursing is highly desirable.
