Support Educator Opportunity

Fostering strong partnerships with families and the local community, we are seeking an educator to support children with additional needs in a nurturing environment.

This role involves working closely with educators, families, and external professionals to implement strategies and goals for inclusion and developmental growth.

  • Provide individualised support to children with additional needs, ensuring their full inclusion in all aspects of the program.
  • Collaborate with educators and professionals to develop and implement support plans.
  • Contribute to creating a respectful and inclusive environment that promotes child development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans.

We are looking for an educator who:

  • Holdsa Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma preferred).
  • Has demonstrated experience working with children with additional needs (experience with NDIS or ISP-funded support is advantageous).
  • Possesses strong knowledge of inclusive practices, EYLF, and NQS.
  • Excels in teamwork and communication skills.
  • Hold current certifications for Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR.
