Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in a casual role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
As the ideal candidate, you'll have a robust background in a similar environment and strong commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.

**Responsibilities:*** Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.* Express genuine appreciation when bidding guests farewell.* Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.* Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.* Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.* Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.* Phone Etiquette: Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, providing clear and helpful information.* Attention to Detail: Display strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:* Opera PMS Experience: Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded.* Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule across seven days a week, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.* Valid Driver's License: A current New South Wales driver's license is required.* Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship is not available.* Police Check: All successful candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
