Estimated Salary: AU$140,000 - AU$160,000 per annum**Job Description**
As a Senior Geotechnical Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership on geotechnical project types such as earthworks, foundation and retaining wall design, 2D and 3D settlement analysis, assessment of soft and compressible soils, deep excavations and temporary works.
You will also be expected to develop relationships with clients, foster existing relationships, expand our client base and explore new market opportunities. Additionally, you will provide support and mentoring to junior staff.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Master of Engineering, or Master of Engineering Science degree
- Chartered member of Engineers Australia (CPEng) and current professional registration with the Board of Professional Engineers in Queensland (RPEQ)
- At least 10 years of geotechnical consulting experience, preferably in Brisbane and Queensland
- Experience in design and management of complex ground investigations
- Experience in geotechnical design including earthworks, deep foundations, basement excavations, settlement assessments, retaining systems and temporary works
- Excellent interpretative report writing skills
