As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with long-standing customers, using your knowledge to repair appliances and cooking products to meet their needs. You will also develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training media, service manuals, and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and fully test the operation of the product to ensure full customer satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessions

  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection

  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid electrical license or restricted electrical workers license (disconnect and reconnect appliances) is preferred, but industry experience as a minimum is required

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in PC software are essential

  • Provide premium customer service and be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
