Job Description:

A senior leadership role is available for a Vice President to oversee the development and execution of quality assurance strategies across global operations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence through robust policies, procedures, and standards aligned with business goals and international regulatory requirements.

You will lead the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, and other methodologies to foster a strong, sustainable quality culture. Your expertise will ensure all products and systems conform to defined specifications, safety regulations, and customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Management.
  • At least 15 years of experience in R&D, quality assurance, reliability engineering, or testing in technology or manufacturing environments, preferably in a factory setting. Experience in the energy or utility sectors will be an advantage.
  • Strong background in Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems, particularly in multinational environments.
