About the Role:
  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing incoming communications, coordinating meeting room bookings, and maintaining office spaces to the highest standards.
  • You will also support office repairs, contractor coordination, and health & safety processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • In addition, you will handle mail, deliveries, supplies, and vendor relationships, fostering positive partnerships.
  • Maintaining building security protocols and access cards is also a key aspect of this role.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage with colleagues and external partners.
  • Experience in a customer-facing reception or administration role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude, with confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with facilities management software is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors.
  • Managing incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintaining office spaces, including presentation, security, and functionality.
  • SUPPORTING OFFICE REPAIRS, CONTRACTOR COORDINATION, AND HEALTH & SAFETY PROCESSES.
  • Handling mail, deliveries, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintaining building security protocols and access cards.
