About Our Mortgage Broker Role

As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their financial objectives through expert mortgage broking services.

You will be responsible for managing the entire loan process, from initial enquiry through to settlement, while building and maintaining strong client relationships along the way.

  • Liaising with banks and lenders to secure the most suitable lending options, you will use your knowledge of lender policies, loan structures, and compliance requirements to deliver exceptional results.

  • Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end loan process, from initial enquiry through to settlement.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs and tailoring lending solutions.

  • Liaising with banks and lenders to secure the most suitable lending options.

  • Working extensively with SMEs and self-employed clients, analysing financials and structuring lending solutions that meet their needs.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Broker with:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker.

  • A strong understanding of lender policies, loan structures, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify suitable lending solutions for clients.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
