We are seeking an experienced Market Growth Strategist for Consumer Portfolio, who will drive commercial outcomes and execute positioning, customer value propositions (CVP), and product marketing programs to increase awareness and adoption for our products.

  • Responsibility for commercial targets for consumer products, with a focus on Flare Cars and Flare Benefits
  • Ownership of market research, competitive analysis, and validation strategies to understand market and customer needs
  • Crafting CVPs with key messaging frameworks and strategic narratives
  • Ensuring CVPs are regularly reviewed and optimised according to market conditions and product roadmap
  • Developing and executing product marketing programs across full marketing mix in partnership with channel managers
  • Applying test-and-learn experimentation frameworks to support channel and messaging optimisations at scale
  • Owning product marketing metrics and reporting to contextualise performance and support quarterly planning
  • Enabling sales and leasing teams with compelling product tools to position and sell our products and features

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2C SaaS or high-growth startup environments, driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and optimising key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working with external partners and in-house design teams is highly advantageous.
