Payroll System Analyst Position Overview

Ambitious professionals with experience in SAP Payroll environments or strong technical HRIS skills are sought to support the successful operation of the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Level 1 & 2 Support: Manage queries, triage complex issues, and collaborate with vendors to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Test Scenarios: Develop and execute test scenarios to validate system performance and ensure smooth operation.
  • Release Updates: Support the team during half-yearly SuccessFactors ECP release updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, providing critical support and guidance as needed.
  • EBA Integration: Interpret EBA's and integrate them into the platform, ensuring compliance and optimal system performance.
