Job Description

The Distribution Centre Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Distribution Centre. This includes managing the cool chain, rostering staff, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and management skills. They will be able to allocate labour effectively, ensure efficient management of cool chain processes, and monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

In this role, you will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, monitoring cleanliness, and scheduling movement of products to avoid bottlenecks. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate stock management records and complete quality assurance checks on product as per SOP and specified schedule.

  • Manage cool chain processes to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Roster staff to meet production requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Train and supervise staff
  • Monitor cleanliness and address non-conformances
  • Schedule movement of products to avoid bottlenecks
  • Maintain accurate stock management records
  • Complete quality assurance checks on product
Requirements
