Job Description

As a Retail Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail teams in various outlets. This includes ensuring high levels of guest engagement, driving sales delivery, and maintaining profitability.

  • Lead the Retail team to achieve service and sales goals.
  • Ensure Team Members provide quality customer service and sales delivery.
  • Oversee hiring of cabanas and lockers for guests.
  • Manage inventory, including conducting stocktakes.
  • Research and develop appropriate products for retail outlets.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Process sales accurately using Point of Sale systems.
  • Manage team members to ensure all operations are performed efficiently.
