We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Senior Project Engineer to drive the safe and successful delivery of a technically complex marine works package in Perth.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide technical guidance to the construction delivery team, lead and mentor younger engineers, and ensure adherence to financial and contractual parameters during the delivery stages.

Primary Tasks:

  • Oversight of engineering on critical offshore operations, including installation of precast intake structures, laying of pipelines, coordination of offshore piling and drilling, and oversight of temporary works and subsea diving operations.
  • Technical guidance to support the delivery of this unique multi-disciplinary package of marine construction works.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer in marine construction for contractors on jetties/wharves, ocean outfalls, tunnels, coffer dams or similar.
  • Background in piling, heavy lifting, marine logistics, tunnelling or underwater installations.
  • At least 5 years in a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer or leadership role within civil/marine environments in Australia for contractors.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in construction (civil/structural/marine) or related field.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Deep understanding of HS&E standards and best practices.
