Job Title: Career Guidance Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Career Guidance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our student support services, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide career guidance and support to students, including resume writing, interview techniques, and professional workplace behaviors.
  • Develop and deliver employability and skills development programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with staff and employers to design and implement student career development services.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to support students through the delivery of programs and projects.
  • High-level communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent information technology skills and the capacity to learn and utilise new online technologies.
  • Experience and/or understanding of educational design concepts.
  • Hold a Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) endorsed Career Development qualification, or willingness to obtain it.

Benefits:

  • Continuing, Full-time position (job share arrangements considered)
  • Level 6 salary ($92,025 to $99,538 pa FTE) plus 17% superannuation
  • Multiple locations across regional NSW (Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Wagga Wagga)
