Key Role Summary:

The Career Manager role is a newly created position within our Customer Success team, focused on developing and implementing a career management program to support the professional development and advancement of consultants.

This opportunity requires someone who can proactively guide and empower consultants to develop capabilities in their role while aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.

  • Develop frameworks, processes, documentations, and guides to establish the role within the Customer Success team.
  • Lead the creation and execution of the department's Career Management program, supporting consultant professional growth, skill development, and career progression.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for consultants, offering guidance and facilitating career growth, performance management, and proactive feedback.
  • Guide consultants through their learning and development journey, advising them on training or engagement opportunities that will help advance their career.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organization Development, or a related field. They will bring 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Career Counseling, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.

Key Competencies:

We are looking for a people person, capable of providing proactive 1-on-1 counsel to 50 consultants, promoting a positive and productive work environment. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and excel at setting up meetings, tracking goals, and managing processes.
