Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality financial guidance and support to clients.

This role requires a passion for helping people make informed decisions about their finances and a strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a financial advice role, a deep understanding of financial planning disciplines, and a commitment to delivering member-centric advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver simple, high-quality intra-fund and retirement advice via phone
  • Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Break down complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance
  • Collaborate with a supportive team including paraplanners, technical officers, and compliance experts
  • Contribute to a positive team culture focused on client outcomes
Requirements:
  • Passion for helping people and delivering member-centric advice
  • Strong technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines
  • Near completion or enrolled in FASEA-compliant qualifications
  • Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register and RG146 compliant
