Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring adequate support is provided to our Director, solicitors, and administration team.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Answering all incoming and outgoing calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service.
  • Diary and file management of our Director and team of solicitors, requiring strong organisational skills.
  • Support with daily digital dictation, demanding fast and accurate typing speeds.
  • Providing general ad-hoc accounting assistance when required, showcasing adaptability and multitasking abilities.
  • Offering general support to our Director and Practice Manager, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to work.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • An exceptional phone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook, essential for administrative tasks.
  • A fast and accurate typing speed, coupled with attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise, multitask, and adopt a proactive approach to work, ensuring efficient task completion.
  • Demonstrating initiative and going the extra step to provide exceptional support.
  • A professional approach and presentation, reflecting positively on our organisation.
