Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Practice Support Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity located in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advice Delivery: Prepare meeting packs, facilitate pre, during and post-meeting activities, and ensure minimum information and data recording standards are met.
  • Client Record Management: Update client records to ensure compliance with industry regulations and legislation.
  • Implementation and Contract Management: Facilitate the implementation of recommendations and record FTSA/CSA contracts.
  • Scheduling and Client Support: Manage scheduling and confirming of client meetings, prepare documentation, and provide support for day-to-day client queries.
  • Risk Management and Governance: Proactively manage risk, meet policy and compliance requirements, and foster professional connections with clients.
  • Team Efficiency and Productivity: Drive technology use, identify opportunities for productivity improvements, and develop a solid understanding of Insignia Financial products and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial Services Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services, preferably providing support to financial advisers.
  • Industry Qualifications: Industry-recognized qualifications (e.g., RG146) advantageous.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Advice Industry regulations and legislation advantageous.
About the Role and Team

You will be part of a dynamic team providing key client relationship management to assist Financial Advisers in delivering market-leading, client-centric advice and ongoing service to new and existing clients.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and undergo police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.
