$75,000 + 12 % Super

  • Meals, uniform & parking included
  • Roster - Friday - Tuesday 5pm - 1:30am

Compass Group Australia's dedicated Airline Lounge business delivers specialist services to meet the needs of travellers across lounge industries. We pride ourselves on fresh and delicious offerings while balancing lower carbon intensive menu options; The delivery of our services allows us to partner with clients and reducing the impact of the lounge operations on the planet. THE POSITION
  • Prepare high-quality, fresh food using premium produce
  • Deliver cold buffet service and made-to-order food preparation
  • Currently serving 50 covers per day, with expected growth as the lounge expands
  • Low-stress work environment with a supportive team culture
  • Ensure OH&S compliance and follow all food safety procedures
  • Monitor stock levels, control costs, and minimise wastage
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control

THE PERSON

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred.
  • Passion for quality, presentation, and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards
  • A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern
  • A hands-on, team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
  • ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain. (We will provide)
