The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Aboriginal Education Officers to support the growth and success of Aboriginal students.

A key aspect of this role is providing assistance to Aboriginal students, their parents/guardians, teachers, and the community through the knowledge and sharing of Aboriginal culture.

This includes being well organised, reliable, and flexible while working closely with colleagues to provide a safe and supportive environment for Aboriginal students.

Ideal applicants will possess a strong link to Aboriginal culture, establish positive working relationships with families and local communities, and work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve successful outcomes for students and their families.

  • Support the implementation of strategies that promote cultural awareness and understanding.
  • Provide targeted support to enhance the educational experience of Aboriginal students.
