Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our group's financial operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across multiple countries.
  • Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment and building capability through training and mentoring.
  • Oversee external audits and regulatory filings, maintaining full compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Drive group consolidation and reporting requirements, ensuring seamless integration with global stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and embed compliance with financial standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, driving best practice in finance operations.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with experience in complex, multi-entity environments.
  • Strong technical grounding in accounting principles and practices.
  • Practical, improvement-focused mindset with excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and collaborate with international stakeholders.
