About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished solicitor with a proven track record in commercial law. With a strong background in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management, you will collaborate with our experienced partners to drive business growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure seamless business operations
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and risk management to safeguard our clients' interests
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to deliver exceptional results

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years post-admission experience in commercial law with a strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance
  • Proven skills in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
  • Admission to practice law in Australia
  • A minimum of 5 years PAE in commercial law
