Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned commercial solicitor to collaborate with our partners on high-value contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. You will have the opportunity to grow your own client base and deepen your expertise in commercial law.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and manage complex contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' post-admission experience in commercial law, with a strong focus on contract law and corporate governance.
  • Proven skills in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts.
  • Ambition for continuous professional growth and a clear drive to advance your career.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic problem-solving and risk-management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
