About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transition Specialist to drive adoption of our data cloud initiatives, enhancing our organisation's ability to deliver high-quality, data-driven primary healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support data cloud initiatives, focusing on adoption, reporting, and business process improvements
  • Risk Mitigation: Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for risks
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders across our organisation, from frontline staff to Directors and Executive Directors, ensuring effective communication and adoption
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs, develop learning programs, and provide ongoing support to build data literacy and a data-driven culture
  • Performance Monitoring: Track success metrics, monitor change progress, and report on outcomes to leadership
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Project Managers to capture and clarify business requirements related to cloud systems and data reporting
  • User Acceptance Testing: Participate in user acceptance testing, sprint planning, and backlog reviews to support readiness objectives

About You

  • Experience: Proven experience in organisational change management, particularly in digital transformation projects
  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin) and practical application in technology implementations
  • User Adoption: Experience driving user adoption and culture change in data or technology-focused environments
  • Project Management: Project management skills, including working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall frameworks
  • Communication: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
  • Data Platforms: Familiarity with data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Power BI, and an understanding of data governance frameworks
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative approach to building buy-in and momentum for change
