Fleet Performance Manager

Transform the way fleet data is presented and utilised to drive strategic decisions within a leading logistics provider.

About the Role:

  • Lead the transformation of fleet performance reporting, empowering informed decision-making at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock business value from data through the implementation of enterprise-scale Power BI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models and compelling visualisations that deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored BI solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead BI workstreams in ERP/SAP S/4HANA and digital projects, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data mapping.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and promote engagement across finance, operations, and IT.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Power BI skills, including Desktop, Service, Power Query, and DAX.
  • Experience building impactful BI solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to reveal trends and opportunities.
  • Data modelling and SQL skills; Microsoft Fabric/S/4HANA experience an advantage.
  • Ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
  • Leadership and influence across departments on transformation projects.
