Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a key support role. In this position, you will play a vital part in the execution of marketing and communications strategies for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and distributing EDM campaigns via platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor
  • Creating and scheduling content for social media platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Designing digital and print assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Gathering and compiling digital performance metrics
  • Assisting with corporate document creation in Word and PowerPoint presentations
  • Helping with website updates using platforms like WordPress
  • Assisting with video projects from filming and setup to editing

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as commerce, finance, accounting, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related discipline
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor
  • Exposure to design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to confidentiality and discretion

Beyond these essential qualifications, we also welcome applicants with additional skills such as experience in client service or agency environments, knowledge of ASX-listed markets, or interest in the minerals exploration, mining, and energy industries.
