Job Description

A highly skilled Content Services Coordinator is required to manage and coordinate the delivery of digital services across various platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a pipeline of demand to ensure appropriate support services are available during high and low demand periods or critical business milestones.
  • Monitor and assure support service quality against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level targets.
  • Ensure all production systems are supported and an effective handover process exists and is followed before accepting new systems into the environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities related to supported systems, applications, or technologies.
  • Understand who key stakeholders are for assigned portfolios and address their interests.
  • Manage business expectations regarding Digital services and project delivery outcomes.
  • Facilitate the implementation of service improvement actions and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years' experience in project coordination roles working with M365 EDRMS and Digital teams.
  • Experience in leading change management, coordinating related activities, and coaching team members.
  • Experience coordinating work within multi-vendor IT Operations Environments in Service Delivery capacities.
  • Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, Business Writing, and Workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage and deliver projects within M365 EDRMS environments ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Effective communication and relationship management with stakeholders across various Digital teams.
  • Care for the M365 EDRMS environment ensuring changes are well-documented and integrated smoothly.
  • Monitoring and ensuring performance of M365 EDRMS environments including resource management and system optimization.
