We are seeking individuals passionate about caring for the elderly and willing to start their career in a supportive role.

To be eligible, you must possess a caring, supportive, reliable nature with a great attitude and full COVID-19 vaccination history.

Our fully supported traineeships include on-the-job training in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015).

You will assist elderly residents in Residential Aged Care settings with daily lifestyle and activities, providing exceptional care and support.

As a qualified individual, you may receive buddy and induction training to facilitate your transition into this role.

We offer part-time positions with flexible scheduling, including a minimum of 15-hours per week up to 35 hours.

Aims of our traineeships include transitioning to ongoing employment after a probationary period, offering long-term opportunities for growth and development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and support to elderly residents in Residential Aged Care settings.
  • Assist with daily lifestyle and activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and services.
