Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Victorian Warehouse team.

About the Role:
  • Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient movement of products into and out of the warehouse.
  • Manage inventory control, team leadership, service quality, and safety standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and accurate picking of daily deliveries to meet targets efficiently.
  • Manage receipt of inbound goods, ensuring timely and accurate inventory updates.
  • Buildd a collaborative team environment focused on engagement and achievement of company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, managing stock levels and performing regular cycle counts.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
  3. Safety and Quality: Foster a culture of zero harm, ensuring compliance with OH&S policies and procedures, and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of warehouse operations.
  4. Distribution and Logistics: Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, meeting delivery schedules and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with electronic warehouse management systems, including RF picking and inventory control software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
