Warehouse Operations Manager

- Assist with daily warehouse activities including packing and dispatching orders
- Supervise and coordinate drivers' activities
- Ensure accurate pickup entries into Transport Management System (Transvirtual)
- Manage invoicing, warehousing, and transport documentation (Cartoncloud)
- Promote a positive work culture focused on safety
- Lead by example, maintaining professional relationships and customer focus
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a similar warehouse setting
- Experience supervising drivers and coordinating transport operations
- Strong emphasis on workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Valid forklift license and driver's license
- Proficiency with warehouse operating systems
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
