Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, and coordinating the collection and delivery of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate the collection and delivery of goods
- Unload, check, position, and report goods into the warehouse
- Deal with clients and staff in a professional manner
- Perform staff appraisals and take corrective action when necessary
- Take responsibility for document change requests and skills inventory
- Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment and vehicles
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment that meets OH&S requirements
- Raise and distribute delegation of authority emails and confine sourcing to approved suppliers
- Process warehouse and distribution requirements in accordance with relevant procedures
- Inspect freight received or dispatched to consignees/shipper
- Control and document the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse
